From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g.name and email address) in order to register or receive information about UK e-Health Week. Any information you provide to UK e-Health Week will only be used by us, our agents and service providers and will not be disclosed unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for the purposes outlined above, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met or when you no longer wish to receive information from us. Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.
We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We do not pass on your details to any third party or other government department.
Cancellation of Registration
It is important that delegates notify us as soon as possible if you no longer want to attend the UK e-Health Week, as they will be taking up valuable places for other potential delegates.
We do not offer a refund, but can transfer your registered place to a colleague.
