Digital transformation needs trained and capable staff to make it happen. Given the generational divide that persists in many professions, what will it take to educate and develop the NHS and care workforce? What is the role of ‘traditional’ medical and nursing education and postgraduate professional development in equipping and motivating our practitioners? And what about our IMT staff how are we supporting them? This stream will address the challenges facing employers and educators across the whole system.
